Most people require a mortgage in order to purchase a property and we are pleased to offer assistance through our independent mortgage advisers.  An initial appointment with The Mortgage Shop is free and there is no obligation to buy or sell a property through The Property Shop.

Independence from lenders and from The Mortgage Shop ensures that when you speak to a mortgage adviser you will be given accurate and impartial advice.

You will be asked to provide 'proof of funds' when you submit an offer for a property, if you require a mortgage in order to purchase you will need to provide evidence that you will be able to obtain a mortgage. This evidence is normally in the form of a Decision in Principle, Mortgage Promise or Mortgage in Principle which our independent advisers can provide following a successful appointment.
